Turf Supply, Deliver and Lay Services

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE CITY OF LAKE MACQUARIE: Lake Macquarie is the Hunter Region's largest city, accounting for 35% of the Lower Hunter population. With the city's current population fast approaching 217,000 Lake Macquarie is also the third largest regional city in New South Wales by population. Moreover, the city's population is expected to grow by 39,000 by 2041, creating a demand for 12,000 new dwellings and associated infrastructure.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Council is seeking to establish a panel of Service Provider(s) to supply, deliver and lay cultivated turf to various locations within Councils local government area during the period of the contract. This contract may include supply only, supply and delivery or supply, delivery and laying. Delivery shall include unloading by Service Providers. Service Providers shall cultivate and supply the turf from a commercial operation.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the Tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required to be completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: RFT close at 2.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST on 22 of April 2026 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. The lowest or any offer may not necessarily be accepted.
