Tender Description
The District Council of Elliston invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the provision of integrated Planning and Building Consultancy Services for the period June 2026 to June 2029, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years. Council is a regional coastal local government authority operating under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (SA) and requires external support to deliver statutory planning and building assessment services.
The successful Consultant will operate under delegation from the Regional Assessment Manager, prepare reports for the Regional Assessment Panel, and provide building assessment and certification services, acting as an extension of Council’s internal team. Services will be delivered under a schedule of hourly rates, with disbursement reimbursement and performance-based service expectations.
For the purposes of this Request for Tender, the Services are structured as separable portions, which include Planning Services, Building Services, and other associated service components as described in this document. Tenderers may submit a Tender for:
• the entirety of the Services; or
• one or more separable portions of the Services.
