Ridley West Clubrooms

⁠⁠⁠The Playford Sports Precinct – Softball Change and Clubrooms, located at 95 Ridley Road, Elizabeth South, is to deliver a regional-level sports club facility, including changerooms, clubrooms, and associated car parking. This development aligns with Council’s Sports Precinct Masterplan (2013) and Sports Facility Strategy (2023). Ridley Reserve West serves as the home ground for both the Central Districts Softball Association and the recently relocated Northern Area Men’s Softball Association. This regional sports facility will be designated as the ‘home of softball’ within the City of Playford. The existing building does not meet regional standards, highlighting the need for a purpose-built facility that supports the growth and sustainability of softball in the northern region.

Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified designer to develop detailed design and documentation to proceed towards a construction tender.
