Licence to Occupy – Deepwater Railway Station

⁠⁠⁠Glen Innes Severn Council invites Expressions of Interest from interested community groups for a Licence to Occupy the Deepwater Railway Station at Gough Street, Deepwater.

This Expression of Interest process seeks to identify suitable community-based organisations to occupy and utilise the site in accordance with Council requirements.

Documentation

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria.

Applicants are required to lodge a written Expression of Interest addressing all requirements outlined in the documentation.

Expressions of Interest must be lodged by 5pm on 28 April 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
