Lead Design Consultant for North Cronulla SLSC

⁠⁠⁠Sutherland Shire Council is seeking to engage a Lead Design Consultant to provide multidisciplinary design consultancy services for redevelopment of North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club. The Consultant will work closely with Council and its stakeholders to prepare design and construction documentation, planning approval and support the project through the construction phase.

Mandatory Experience and Compliance Criteria in order to be suitable for this project:

• Community Sport & Recreation Facilities

• Local Government projects

• Coastal Design (e.g. Category C4/C5)

• Large scale public buildings with an estimated project value over $5m

• Registered Architect/s

• Minimum insurance coverage

• Compliance with Modern Slavery requirements and completed questionnaire.

• Compliance with Work, Health and Slavery requirements and completed questionnaire.

• Compliance with Cyber Security requirements and completed questionnaire.

• Conformity to Part B – Response Schedules: Project

• Conformity to Part C – Response Schedules: Contractual
