Tender Description
Maranoa Regional Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a fixed price quote, for the construction and delivery of three (3) new residential dwellings at 20 Queen Street, Roma (Lot 10 RP4448), to a fully completed, turnkey standard ready for immediate occupation.
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision and coordination necessary to complete the Works in accordance with the drawings, Specification, Annexures and all relevant statutory requirements.
