Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠DevelopmentWA is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) submissions to develop its South Yanchep (approx. 120ha) Land parcels either under a Development Management Agreement or as an outright sale. It is intended that the two parcels will form part of a larger scale master planned community designed to be in harmony with the natural environment providing affordable housing for a broad and diverse range of people.

For this stage of the process, we are seeking to understand the capacity, experience and financial resources of potential future proponents prior to progressing to a Request for Detailed Proposal (RFDP).
