⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Supply of NON-CONTESTABLE (SME) Electricity to Cessnock City Council.

1. The contract will commence at the next applicable meter reading to allow for a start date of 1 May 2026.

2. Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to download the tender documents by contacting the EnergyAction Team via email at pricing@energyaction.com.au

3. Responses are to be received by the deadline 10.00 am on Wednesday 15 April 2026.

Submissions are to be provided to EnergyAction as outlined in the tender specification obtainable from the link as shown in the Invitation to Tenderers document.
