DEM is seeking costed proposals to upgrade its property on Malliotis Blvd in Coober Pedy to provide suitable office accommodation for its Opal Regulation Team.
The Malliotis Blvd parcel is approximately 5,500m² and contains existing modular buildings including office, accommodation and kitchen/toilet facilities, surrounded with in situ verandas and carports. There is also an existing shed on site
The site has been largely unused for an extended period of time. With relatively minor refurbishment works, the site could be significantly modernised and improved and again provide appropriate office accommodation for the Departments Opal Fields Regulation Team.
