Audiometric Testing

Banana Shire Council is seeking a qualified provider to deliver on-site audiometric testing and assessment services in the new financial year of 2026 in line with Queensland WHS legislation and AS/NZS 1269.4.

Approx 30 workers per site (further details subject to quantitative noise survey)

Location - Biloela & Taroom

Testing

Follow-up test within 12 months of baseline.

Ongoing testing at least every 2 years (or sooner if required).

Testing by competent personnel using calibrated equipment.

Confidential reporting and secure data handling.

Submission to include:

• Testing methodology & equipment.
• Pricing and availability.
• Inclusive of travel and accommodation.
