Professional Development Program

⁠⁠⁠The design and delivery of comprehensive capability building programs aligned to skills we have identified as critical to the SOH's strategic workforce priorities and future organisational needs.

Project goals

• Development of tailored capability building content aligned to SOH values, behaviours and strategic priorities.
• Creation of any learning resources to support application on the job.

Scope

Program Delivery

• Delivery of learning sessions across key skill focus areas, such as:
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Resilience, flexibility and agility
• Emotional intelligence and growth mindset
• Conflict management and resolution
• Influencing and negotiation
• Effective collaboration
• Feedback and communication skills
• Management essentials (for emerging leaders)
• Team dynamics and team profiling
• Sessions would be offered on a regular basis either as a full day or half day workshops and scheduled across the year as part of SOH’s learning and development plan and training calendar.
• There is also an opportunity for additional team-specific sessions upon request for managers to address unique team development needs.
• Programs should support both individual capability uplift and team level development.

Learning Modes

• Face to face workshops delivered on site at SOH.

Evaluation and Reporting

• Pre-and post-program assessment tools to measure capability development.
• Participant feedback reports.
• Recommendations for ongoing capability uplift and reinforcement activities.
