Shade Sail Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠The City of Mandurah (City) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced businesses or organisations for Shade Sail Maintenance, for a period of two years with two options to extend for a further 1 year period years which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City.

Generally, the Works may include but are not limited to the following:

1. Seasonal fitting and tensioning of shade sails;

2. Mid-season inspection and re-tensioning;

3. Removal, drying, and delivery to storage of shade sails;

4. Condition assessment and reporting of shade sails, poles, footings, and associated infrastructure, including asset ratings and photographic records;

5. Manufacture and installation of replacement shade sails and associated infrastructure where components are deemed irreparable;

6. Provision of all labour, plant, equipment, and materials necessary to undertake the works; and

7. Compliance with all relevant Australian Standards, safety requirements, and specification obligations.
