CCTV Audit and Upgrade & Security Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) wishes to invite qualified suppliers to provide a Security Contractor to deliver two scopes of work:

Separable Portion 1: CCTV audit and Upgrade at Sippy Downs Campus

- Identified analogue cameras for replacement with new IP-based cameras and/or strategically replacing cameras to improve security coverage.

Separable Portion 2: Electronic Security Systems Corrective Maintenance (Agreement is for a fixed three (3) year term with the option of 2 x 1-year extension periods).

- This Contract defines the goods, services, performance expectations and compliance obligations required to maintain the reliability, safety and operational integrity of UniSC’s security infrastructure. The systems covered include the Gallagher Electronic Access Control System, Avigilon field devices, Jacques intercom and Emergency Call Point (ECP) systems and Aperio wireless locking hardware and hubs.

SITE INSPECTION SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY 30TH MARCH. SUPPLIER REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY COB FRIDAY 27TH MARCH TO procurement@usc.edu.au
