Woollahra Municipal Council (Council) invites tenders from experienced commercial operators to lease, equip, operate and manage the Lyne Park Tennis Centre located at 550 New South Head Road, Rose Bay.
The tennis centre comprises the six courts, pro-shop, club room, office, toilets, café, kitchen/store, and the stand alone toilet block (separable portion). The centre includes courtside cabanas, paved areas, pathways and lawn areas, which are located on Crown land at Lyne Park.
