Tender Description
The Shire is seeking to engage a licensed estate agency to provide professional services for the marketing and sale of Shire-owned land.
The successful Respondent will deliver the services on an as-required basis over a period of two (2) years, with an option for the Shire to extend the Contract for up to twelve (12) months at its discretion.
The objective is to achieve efficient, transparent and compliant land sale outcomes that represent best value to the Shire and the community.
