Cobar Shire Council is requesting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction phase of upgrading and refurbishing fifteen (15) bathrooms that have been deemed non-compliant and require upgrade to better accommodate the needs of the respective residents. This project will be delivered under a construct-only contract, using the AS 4000-2025 General Conditions of Contract, with Council providing the completed design documentation.
The successful contractor will be required to construct the works in accordance with the detailed design, specifications, and drawings prepared by Council's appointed design consultant.
Mandatory Site Visit: To apply for this tender, all applicants must attend a site visit in person with the Project Manager on 10:00am Wednesday 1st April 2026
