⁠⁠⁠Waratah-Wynyard Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified community groups or not-for-profit organisations for the purchase of and enter into a Crown lease for the community facility known as Elma Fagan Hall, located in Waratah.

Council is seeking proposals from organisations that can demonstrate the capacity to responsibly manage, maintain and activate the facility for the benefit of the local community, while ensuring the asset is protected, preserved and accessible for current and future generations.
