Material Screening Equipment and Services

⁠⁠⁠Yarra Ranges Shire Council (ABN 21 973 226 012), here forth referred to as the ‘Council’, invite tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of CT7947 Material Screening Equipment and Services (‘the Services’).

1. The Contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years with an option to extend the Contract for two (2) periods of one (1) year, to a maximum Contract term of four (4) years from the Commencement Date. Council also has the sole option to terminate for convenience at any time.

2. Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Services as outlined in the specification.

3. Council intends to select one (1) tenderer for the whole of the Service.

4. Tender submissions must be received by TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
