Lane Cove Aquatic Centre - Electrification Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Lane Cove Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a Fee Proposal for the provision of Head Contractor Services and Integrated Project Management for the upgrade of building services at the Lane Cove Aquatic Centre.

This project involves the upgrade and replacement of existing electrical infrastructure within a live, high-use aquatic facility. Contractors must demonstrate capability in delivering complex building services works in operational public environments. Staged construction may be required to ensure the Centre remains fully functional throughout the project duration.

This RFT includes an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase to coordinate design, planning and feasibility and provide constructability advice, staging methodology and programming, cost planning and value engineering input prior to finalisation of construction documentation and execution of works.
