Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Customer is seeking offers for the development of operational processes for the following interrelated Energy Market (EM) functions of the Economic Regulation Authority (ERA):

  •  proactive market monitoring,
  •  lodgement and recording of alleged breaches,
  •  assessment of breaches,
  •  investigations and subsequent compliance and enforcement actions.

The deliverables will include process maps, templates to facilitate information transfer between process steps, and an implementation plan with recommendations for action
