Provision of Superintendent Services for Various Contracts.

The City of Gold Coast (City) requires Superintendent, Superintendent’s Representative’s and Superintendent Site Inspector services for the administration of contracts consistent with the requirements of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 and Regulation 2018, including Australian Standards AS2124 and AS4300.

The City of Gold Coast (City) is conducting a ROI to:

• Engage with the project management of construction and contract administration market and obtain industry insights.

• Determine the market interest, capability, capacity and local benefit offerings of participants.

• Understand critical issues, potential risks and innovative solutions.

• Shortlist Companies to participate in a Select Tender process.
