Mofflin Ridley Pump stations

⁠⁠⁠City of Playford (CoP), through the Alternative Water Supply Efficiency Measures (AWSEM) Program, and as part of its long-term strategy to enhance water reuse and support green infrastructure, the City is progressing a project to increase capacity at the Mofflin and Ridley Reserve pump station sites.

Project Deliverables:

Mofflin

• Decommission the existing 12 m diameter steel water storage tank (Council is open to options of sale and or return to POC). Remove unsuitable material and topsoil to a minimum depth of 150mm. Dispose of all material off-site at an approved waste facility.
• Install new 14m dia (500kl) tank, supply and install pipework an associated fittings for ridley pump station run, establish a connection for Phillip highway, install EVPS connections and connect into the ASR Mofflin Bore.
• Supply suitable enclosures
• Connect and supply 2 x new VSD pumps
• Install new Roller door at Mofflin site
• Undertake all electrical works associated with Upgrade
• Test and commission

Ridley

• Remove redundant pipework at Ridley station
• Install pipework and associated fittings to connect Mofflin to Ridley pump station
• Undertake all electrical works associated with Upgrade
• Test and commission
