Reference design and associated cost estimates of the high, mid and base stations for the Jindabyne Adventure Park including shuttle roads, carparks and amenities.

Scope

The scope of works includes the preparation of reference design drawings, relevant supporting documentation, and technical reports for the Mid Station Civil and Amenities. This includes civil, architectural and public amenity design, covering car parking, shuttle and coach areas, pedestrian connections, and associated facilities. The consultant will address environmental requirements, prepare approvals documentation, develop staging cost estimates, and may provide construction-phase support through RFIs and design clarifications.
