Flynn's Beach Amenities Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Port Macquarie Hastings Council invites submissions for Flynn's Beach Amenities Upgrade.

Council is seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified contractor. The scope of the Request for Tender includes demolition of existing bathrooms and construction of new bathrooms including disability accessible toilet and shower. Further details are provided in Part B – Specification. All works must be completed to a high-quality standard and in full compliance with the Specifications.

A pre-tender briefing will be held at Port Macquarie Surf Life Saving Club, Flynns Beach, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444 at 9.00 am, Thursday, 26th March 2026. Attendance at this briefing is a mandatory requirement of participation.

Potential Tenderers must register for Briefing/inspection by 24th March 2026.

All clarifications must be sought within the tender period and no later than question closing date, please refer to 3.1 Part A - Conditions of Tendering.

Submissions that include clarifications, assumptions, or departures will be deemed non-conforming and will not be progressed for evaluation.
