City Centre Project - Stage 1A Early Civil and Bulk Earthworks

The City Centre Precinct project is a parcel of land of approximately 1.2 hectares, located in the heart of Mount Barker, bordered by Druids Avenue, Hutchinson, Morphett, and Stephen Streets.

The scope of work for the Early Civil and Bulk Earthworks includes but is not limited to:

1. Prepare the site stripping and grubbing out all vegetation.

2. Strip and stockpile topsoil for potential reuse.

3. Excavate to design levels and stockpile suitable material for reuse and dispose of unsuitable material.

4. Import any additional material required to achieve design levels.

5. Condition, place and compact all materials to achieve new design levels under Level 1 supervision.
