2025 DRFA Restoration Works - Georgetown Cemetery Fencing

 SCOPE

The Scope is as follows:

50 meters (excluding the existing gate to remain) of fencing has been destroyed in the 2025 DRFA event. Located past the golf club on St George Street, Georgetown, Queensland, 4871.

This projects scope is to:

1. Demolish and remove existing damaged fencing.

2. Reinstatement of surface within the construction area.

3. The supply, delivery and installation of fencing at the entrance of the Georgetown Cemetery (including all connections to existing fencing and gates).

The fence is to be reinstated to its original condition, including suitable connection to other existing fences and gates. The previous installation consisted of 1200 mm-high loop-top aluminium panels, powder coated finish, pearl white. Refer to the ESC2026-011-Q- Contract - Minor Works, annexure part C for the scope of works sketch.

The fencing quotation shall include, but not be limited to, the following components:

• Loop-top aluminium fence panels: 1200 mm (H) × 2475 mm (W) (19mm round aluminium loop top vertical through rails).

• Aluminium posts: 50 × 50 × 1.8 mm SHS.

• Post caps: 50 × 50 mm flat black plastic caps.

• Rail brackets: 38 × 25 mm.

• Fixings: 3/8 × 22 mm steel teks, white finish.
