Tender Description
The Public Transport Authority’s Ticketing and Performance Branch oversees key ticketing infrastructure, including SmartRider Add Value Machines, Electronic Ticket Issuing Machines, Ticket Vending Machines, and Parking Vending Machines. These machines require a reliable supply of high quality paper rolls to support ticketing and customer receipt operations.
The Request for Tender seeks qualified suppliers to provide and deliver paper rolls on an as required basis. The successful supplier will be responsible for:
- Ensuring consistent supply, timely delivery, and appropriate storage of paper rolls across metropolitan and regional WA locations, as specified in PTA260019 – Supply of Goods (Book 4).
- Implementing sustainable practices throughout the supply chain, including:
- Using recycled or sustainably sourced materials.
- Minimising non recyclable packaging.
- Employing efficient logistics to reduce waste and emissions.
- Supplying paper from FSC or PEFC certified sources.
