Scope

Council (the Principal) is seeking responses from the Panel members to provide Road Rehabilitation Works - in between (134-191) & (210 - 241) Slopes Road Kurmond in accordance with the terms and conditions of Contract of this RFT.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price and schedule of rates price basis, not subject to rise and fall costs in the tender pricing schedules herein.
