BACKGROUND
The Hills Shire Council wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the renewal works throughout Ted Horwood Reserve, Baulkham Hills. The scope involves the replacement of existing shelters with new durable shelters, new table/chair settings, footpaths rectification and other minor improvements.
