Expression of Interest - Register for Event Food Vendors

Council are seeking expressions of interest from businesses and community groups that operate as food vendors to be listed on an annual register to participate as vendors at events. This register will be used by Council to help plan events and to alert potential vendors to be involved based on event criteria and event themes. The EOI process will seek information such as what is your main food or beverage service, what you specialise in, availability, power and other service requirements, insurance and licensing etc.

The process of selecting vendors will involve an evaluation tool. Depending on the event there may not be sufficient scope for all potential vendors. i.e. if there is limited venue space, or there is an alcohol-free event we will not be approaching vendors that are centered around selling alcohol.

Food vendors will also be encouraged to show initiative to self-inform Council staff if their circumstances changes, or if they wanted to be includes on the register between EOI callouts.
