Stante Reserve Mobile Food Vending Vehicles Expression of Interest (EOI)

Liverpool City Council invites mobile food vending vehicles Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations to become the sole hirer of the Stante Reserve.

Selection Criteria

Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria:

• Financial offer – 50%
• Range of Products offered – 30%
• Days and time for trading – 20%
• Company Experience – Demonstrated experience delivering similar services.
• Preference to businesses in Liverpool LGA & southwestern Sydney.
• Preference to mobile food vehicles based on accessibility, bump in and out requirements and the location capacity.
• The type of food offering proposed to suit dietary requirements.
• The total number of mobile food vehicles that are delivering a similar product
• The mobile food vehicles set-up, including requirements, configuration, access and must be self-powered, onboard water and wastewater management system.
• Mobile food vending vehicle own marketing channels and social media presence, following, customer engagement and assistance in promoting the activation locations.
• Provision of high-resolution images of the menu items proposed to assist in promotion.
• The applicant’s experience dealing with high volume crowds and quick turnover.
• Menu price point to ensure food offerings are affordable and family friendly.

Quote Validity

Offers must be valid for acceptance for a minimum of 60 days.
