The Alice Springs Town Council is seeking to undertake refurbishment works to the twenty-five (25) metre indoor pool at the Alice Springs Aquatic and Leisure Centre (ASALC).
ASTC engaged Aquatic One to prepare the Project Specification and associated drawings for this project.
The project must be delivered by a suitably qualified Head Contractor who will be responsible for the complete refurbishment of the pool finishes system, including all associated building works and mains services necessary to achieve the required refurbishment outcomes.
The Head Contractor will be responsible for engaging, coordinating and supervising all required subcontractors and trades to successfully deliver the works in accordance with the Project Specification.
The project works are to be carried out between 25 August 2026 and 6 October 2026 to align with off-peak operational periods.
