Recycling Processing Services Netwaste Councils

⁠⁠⁠Orange City Council, and on behalf of Bathurst Regional Council, Blayney Shire Council, Cabonne Council, Forbes Shire Council and Parkes Shire Council (the Councils), invite suitably qualified and experienced companies to lodge a tender submission for the proposed recycling processing services contracts.

A pre-tender briefing will be held at Orange City Council's Ophir Road Resource Recovery Centre at 261 Ophir Road, Orange, NSW at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 21 April 2026. Following the briefing, Tenderers will also be able to view the facilities available in accordance with the agreement. Tenderers must register for the pre-tender briefing by 5.00 p.m. on Friday 17 April 2026 by email to coordinator@netwaste.com.au
