The works are to be carried out in the Murchison Unit (Block Q) East and West Wards at Graylands Hospital located on the northern part of the Graylands Hospital Site on Brockway Road, Mount Claremont. The works consist of high-risk ligature point remediation under a Statewide Anti-Ligature Program.
