Registration Of Interest - Supply and Delivery of Personal Protection Equipmwent (PPE) & Workwear

⁠⁠⁠You are invited to register interest in pre-qualifying for selection as a bidder for the Supply and Delivery of PPE and Workwear by lodging the Application included in these documents.

Water Corporation has an ongoing requirement for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety consumables that align to Water Corporation safety standards to be used by operational employees, including contractors and subcontractors. There is also an ongoing requirement for industrial clothing workwear to be used by employees state-wide and for corporate wear to be used by customer facing, office based employees as well as mandatory corporate clothing for security employees.

This ROI is Stage 1 of a two-stage bidding process and provides preliminary information and guidelines to assist prospective Applicants to determine whether or not they should apply for pre-qualification.

It is the intention of the Corporation to select a short list of suitable Applicants from the Applications received to take part in Stage 2.

In Stage 2 the successful Applicants will be invited to offer formal bids to for inclusion on the Panel.

Bid documents will be available via our supplier portal from Wednesday 18 March 2026, for companies registered as Water Corporation suppliers or bidders.
