Maintenance of Biking Facilities

⁠⁠⁠The City of Melville is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake ongoing maintenance and management services for the Dyoondalup Mountain Bike (MTB) Park located within Point Walter Reserve.

The park features an established MTB trail network within a sensitive Swan River foreshore environment characterised by:

• Steep terrain
• Erosion-prone soils
• High recreational use
• A recognised Threatened Ecological Community (TEC)

This contract is strictly for the maintenance, preservation and minor improvement of existing MTB facilities to ensure they remain safe, sustainable and fit for purpose.
