Tender Description
Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council (Council) is seeking to engage a contractor capable of:
- Safely relocating three buildings within Palm Island
- Designing and constructing suitable foundations at the new site
- Managing asbestos and hazardous materials in accordance with legislation
- Coordinating transport logistics and required permits
- Minimising disruption to the community and existing infrastructure
- Delivering the works within the required timeframe
Suitably qualified Tenderers with proven capability, capacity, and sound financial and technical background to deliver the Specification outlined in this Invitation to Tender are invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender process.
