Superintendent Services – Construction of Newman Airport Taxiway and Apron (Phase 1)

The Shire of East Pilbara is undertaking the Newman Airport Taxiway and Apron (Phase1) Construction Project to enhance airside infrastructure and ensure compliance with aviation safety standards. This Project includes the construction of a new taxiway (TW01) and apron extension (Stage 1A), as well as apron pavement widening and associated improvement works (Stage 1B). The project will be delivered under a single-stage construction contract using the AS4000 General Conditions of Contract.

Furthermore, the Principal invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to administer the Construction Contract and ensure the successful delivery of the project. The Superintendent will act impartially under AS4000, coordinating with the Construction Contractor, Principal and sub-consultants to ensure compliance with contract terms, design documentation, and statutory requirements
