The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) routinely undertakes water quality and monitoring of the Swan Canning Estuary and its catchment in WA.
The DBCA requires a Contractor to provide phytoplankton analysis of samples taken by DBCA from the Swan Canning Riverpark as part of a water quality monitoring program.
