Wellington and Geurie Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Filter Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Dubbo Regional Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the refurbishment and upgrade of the media filtration assets at Wellington Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Geurie WTP.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on 26 March 2026, 11:00AM at Wellington Water Treatment Plant, this will follow the site visit at both Wellington & Geurie WTP.

Tenderer should allow approximately 4 hours for this meeting.

This tender process is being managed under a two-envelope system. The Tender must be lodged in two separate clearly-identified packages.

•  “Envelope 1: Non-price information.”
•  “Envelope 2: Price information.”

**Council has decided to hold a second pre-tender meeting on 9 April 2026, 11:00AM at Wellington Water Treatment Plant, this will follow the site visit at both Wellington & Geurie WTP **
