Tender Description

The City of Port Lincoln (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of design, off‑site construction, delivery, installation and commissioning of new modular sporting change facilities at Kirton Oval, Port Lincoln (the Works).

Kirton Oval is a major sport and recreation precinct supporting football, soccer, cricket and softball. The existing 1980s changerooms no longer meet modern standards for accessibility, female participation, safety or durability.

Council has adopted a modular Design & Construct delivery method due to its cost efficiency, reduced on‑site disruption and compatibility with the available project budget and timeframes.
