Specialist Heritage Architecture Services - Masterplan for the Adaptive Re-use of the Old Courthouse

⁠⁠⁠Armidale Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced specialist heritage architecture firms to provide the following services in the development of a masterplan for the adaptive re-use of the State Heritage Listed Old Armidale Court House:

• Project management

• Targeted internal and external stakeholder consultation

• Options development and testing

• Concept plan development

• Conservation Management Plan review (CMP update)

• High-level repair works schedule

• Cost planning services
