Concrete Footpath Construction - South Road Tom Price

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Ashburton is seeking tender submissions from suitably registered, qualified and experienced Contractors for the works associated with construction of a concrete footpath to link the recently constructed footpath on Poinsettia Street and existing footpath along South Road, Tom Price, Australia (WA).

The successful Tenderer shall provide all necessary services including, materials, products, labour, plant and equipment for its management, construction and completion of the whole of the work under the Contract in compliance with the National Construction Codes (NCC) 2022 and all relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Western Australian and Commonwealth legislation, statutes, ordinance, rules and regulations bearing on the provision of such services and conduct of the work under the Contract.
