Utilities Emissions and Energy Monitoring Solution

⁠⁠⁠1.1 The Yarra Ranges Shire Council (ABN 21 973 226 012), here forth referred to as the ‘Council’, invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the Provision of ITT7872 Utilities Emissions and Energy Monitoring Solution (‘the Solution’).

1.2 Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Solution as outlined in the requirements and specifications.

1.3 The Contract will be for an initial period of Two (2) years with Council having the solo option to extend the Contract by an additional two (2) year period, and a further one (1) year period. Any renewals or extension beyond this will be negotiated and mutually agreed however, any increases to fees will not exceed 3% or CPI whichever is lower.

1.4 Tenderers are advised that the commencement date shall be no later than 01 July 2026.

1.5 Council intends to select one (1) tenderer for the whole of the Solution.

1.6 Tender submissions must be received by 3.00pm AESDT on the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
