Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Cooling Schools Mechanical Services Upgrade at Bull Creek Primary School
The Work includes but is not limited to Mechanical Service upgrades as per the Consultants Documentation
- Relocation of PA system may need to be carried out if PA speaker is mounted on evaporative cooler bulkhead.
- Relocation of security sensor may need to be carried out if sensor is mounted on evaporative cooler bulkhead.
- Removal of existing evaporative roof units and repairs to roof, tile or metal sheeting.
- Removal of Gas heaters. Includes patching and painting of ceiling and wall behind heater
- Supply and install isolation switches and electrical circuits cabled back to the building switchboard including installation of new breakers in switchboard. Isolation switches to be installed on external walls within the security cage.
