Detailed Design of CHR/CHL Intersection on Alpine Way and Kosciuszko Road Shared User Path Underpass

Project goals

Design consultant to prepare and complete concept design package followed by detailed design for Package 1 of the Snowy Mountains Mountain Bike and Adventure Park (MTBAP) project.

Scope

The scope of services includes preparation of concept design package, followed by detailed design drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation in accordance with TfNSW standards, incorporating survey and geotechnical investigations to support a TfNSW Works Authroisation Deed (WAD) approval process.

The consultant will also prepare TfNSW approval documentation, address environmental considerations identified in the Concept Design Report, participate in TfNSW design review workshops and provide a pre-tender construction cost estimate as part of the design package. In addition, the successful tenderer may also be required to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) during the construction phase.
