Healthy Towns – Program Evaluation

⁠⁠⁠Healthy North Coast invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit a proposal to deliver the program evaluation component of the Healthy Towns initiative.

Healthy Towns is a place-based, whole-of-community program designed to support healthy living and ageing across participating towns. Key elements of the initiative include:

• Community development activities, delivered through Local Council.
• Implementation of a social prescribing service through dedicated link workers embedded within General Practice.
• Support for General Practice, and the link worker with wrap around supports.

We are seeking organisations that can demonstrate:

• Expertise in place-based program evaluation.
• Expertise in mixed-methods approaches suitable for complex health and community-based programs
• The ability to deliver evaluation products in accessible and inclusive formats, suitable for community audiences, funded providers, and system stakeholders.
• Capacity to translate evaluation findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience providing culturally safe and sensitive approaches to working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and communities.
