Tender Description
The City of Burnside invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the lease and operation of the café located at the Ground Floor of the Burnside Civic Centre, 401 Greenhill Road, Tusmore SA 5065.
The Burnside Civic Centre houses the Council Chambers, administrative offices, community centre, library and hireable spaces such as the Ballroom and Town Hall.
The use of the Café must complement the current users of the Burnside Civic Centre.
