Invitation For Expression of Interest - Design & Construct Tender

The Wellington Point Bowls Club located at 20-22 Anson Road, Wellington Point, Queensland 4160 is undergoing an upgrade to their Bowling Greens. Suitably qualified and experienced contractors are invited to submit an expression of interest for this project.

The project involves the installation of artificial turf surfaces to two existing bowling greens approximately 40 x 40m, a new continuous roof structure over the greens and artificial turf surrounds. These works will include but are not limited to:

• Construction of a new roof structure spanning over two greens

• Two new synthetic bowling greens with associated works.

• New Synthetic grass surrounds

• Installation of new lights under the new roof structure

• Installation of new lights to service the existing car park

• New connections into the existing stormwater network

• Provision of new stormwater drainage from the proposed roof structure, integrated into the existing stormwater network

• General make good around the proposed works

This project will be tendered as a Design and Construct contract, with tenders anticipated to be issued in Mid-Late March. A tender shortlist will be selected from the registered entities.

Please provide:

• Capability statements demonstrating experience in similar structures

• Experience in providing artificial green construction (directly or via subcontractors)

• Availability to commence works

• Access to relevant supply chain for these works

• Nominated Personnel
