Demolition, Design & Construction of External Garages & BBQ Shade - Poinsettia Village

Port Augusta City Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the Demolition, Design and Construction of External Garages and BBQ Shade – Poinsettia Village.

The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications.

Poinsettia Village is a residential property located on Pybus Street, Port Augusta, and is under the ownership of Council. The site comprises a total of 14 residential units out of which 10 units have undergone significant internal refurbishment.

Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the design and construction of enclosed external garages and a shade for the BBQ area. The works include the demolition of the existing sheds and garages.

The Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Tenderer.
